A Message from the Executive Director

Mrs. Shana B. Demby is the Executive Director of the Housing Authority for the City of Enterprise (EHA) and the Enterprise Housing Development Corporation (EHDC).

Her experience with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs includes Public Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers Program, Homeownership Program and Capital Funds.

One of Shana's goals for EHA is to promote an increased awareness of shared responsibility and accountability that will improve the operations of her organization as well as increase the quality of life of EHA tenants.

Shana is a native of Enterprise and earned her bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management. She is very active in her community as well as her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
